Too much staff wearing religious symbolism and regalia. You fasting, does not entitle you to being noxious and abrasive to customers. More and more this branch is being run like a Shoprite rather than a Woolworths. This one will be the next Usave, just you watch.

A small shop so don't expect the variety you get from its larger competitors. Good quality products.

I love the new look , food section and the staff here just seem to be extra friendly compared to there other stores!!

I am really shocked by the behavior of the woman working at the coffee counter. She was incredibly rude and as a customer who buys coffee there daily her behavior was really upsetting. Her passive aggression really speaks to how this department is department is managed. I really hope woolworths can handle this situation appropriately.

Today I phoned Woolworths BurkengHead and asked for the Manager I was put through to Lucinda upon asking her about the R9.99 Almond Milk I was told to come to the store as they can't guarantee there'll be some by FridayWell I rushed thru today Tuesday got there to be told there is none left quite frankly there is some dishonesty with the way they dealt with me WHY WAS THIS NOT PLACED ON THE SHELVESI PROCEEDED TO LEAVE .Y TROLLEY AND WENT TO SHOP AT PICK N PAY I CANNOT HANDLE THIS DISHONESTY I WILL PROBABLY N.E.V.E.R SHOP AT BIRKENHEAD A.G.A.I.N. !!!!!!!IVE DEALT WITH RUSHIN THE OTHER MANAGER WHO HAS GIVEN ME BETTER SERVICESORRY LUCINDA U HAVE MUCH TO LEARN TO GO THE EXTRA MILE

Need more variety, more fresh food stock. More staff on tills. Less talking and more working. Slow
