Superwash Car wash

An all-around good experience. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have a German Shedder" Shepherd that travels with me all the time

I have had multiple issues with this car wash!! I have never left there without having to ask them to clean something properly. I have been convinced to get a wash that includes the dash treatment, both times i have noticed on the way home that my dash is still full of dust, so it was not even wiped never mind sprayed or treated.I have also had issues there with them using cloths that are full of oils on the windscreen, windows and dash, i had to wash my whole windscreen with alcohol to get all the oils off.The final straw was when they failed to put all of my rubber floor mats back in my car. They could not find them to give them back to me.

I took my Toyota Verso for a wash and go and was told that I would have to pay extra because it was very dirty, despite there being no information of this on the price list (Ok, so there is extra R 10 for SUVs, but I don't drive one). But wait, one takes there car to a car wash because its... DIRTY. This was the last straw as I have had to on a number of occasions point out areas that were missed (mud on the pedals, dashboard not wiped, boot not vacuumed). And this to rudeness and attitude of the staff and the long waits and I'm baffled how they stay in business.

Date: 12 March 2023.Busy carwash with no quality control or proper management staff.I have been to this car wash a number of times and every visit is an unpleasant one. Poor service. Won't recommend them at all.

Great wash but 1 hour and 45 min is a tad long dont you think?

I was really so disappointed after taking my bosses bakkie to the car was on how badly it was cleaned, AFTER I spoke to one of the what I assume was a manager and asked him if they can please make sure the bakkie is cleaned very good as the last time they did not do a good job.I asked for specific things to be made sure they clean on the inside. Just to find that it was not done after the said they were done with the bakkie. So I had to show him exactly what I need to be done.So focused to get the inside done I did not check the outside while I was there. When back at the shop and I got out to clean some marks on the passenger seat I notice brown marks all over on the outside body. What look like it was not clean properly and dried. I took a wet cloth and wiped it off. Also on the back there were still muddy water lying on the bumper. The silver parts of the bumper where not wiped at all.And this after I asked them to make sure they clean the vehicle properly. Very very disappointed. Need to look for another car was in my area!!!
