Zotec services and sales

The White owner (I'm not racist ) said he opened a case of slander his business...and my rating is not true ...What about the black guy who paid you 350 and yiu keeped the TV as well ?What about other guys who received the same story like the TV can't be repaired and they went 4 second opinion and fix it ...WE NEED THE MONEY STOLEN FROM US !

Could to take your broken tv and electronics for repairs

Worst service... Broke the clips on my laptop screen and glued together...Would not recommend this place...

ZOTEC TV MARGATE !!!!!READ AND BE AWARE !!!Please read my story to learn from my costy experience.I took my LG TV large Bluetooth etc for repaires and a microwave very clean .I the beginning of my experience with the shop owner he explain to me that the TV is not commercialized in South Africa and are no parts for it .Bull ...I bought TV new some years ago !I've received a phone call saying that the main board is burned out and can't be repaired .I was witness to the technician how was pulling the delicate plugs in the TV bending the pins and breaking the plastic plug .Was a butcher trying to break my TV.Finally I ve been suspicious about the results and I ve payed 160 the fee and I ve took the TV to second opinion .The Shelly Beach repair shop.Changed a component and tested for 2 days and all ok .Was a payment of 600 Rand well payed .I gave to the Zotec shop a nice microwave and said the thd power supply is burned.Was true because I saw the component burned .The shop.owner phone me that the microwave can't be fixed because are more components damaged.THE MICROWAVE BOUGHT FROM ZOTEC WORKED FOR 5 MINUTUTES AND I DIDN'T HAVE MICROWAVE FOR THE ALL FESTIVE SEASON .GOING BACK TO THE SHOP. ASKING FOR REDUND I WAS TOLD THAT HE DOESN'T GIVE ME REFUND BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LIKE OUR CONVERSATION .WHAT HAS 2 DO THE GUARATEE WITH THE CONVERSATION ONLY HE KNOWS .DEAR READERS :THE SHOP IS SELLING AS WELL PLENTY ELECTRONICS AS SECONDS. WHERE ARE COMING FROM ? FROM CUSTOMERS WHO LEFT THEM THERE AS SAY SPARES BUT HAD MINOR PROBLEMS IN REALITY.ZOTEC MARGATE TV AND APLIANCE REPAIRES NEXT TO KING FISHER GARAGE IN MANABA IS A CROOK MY OPINION AND OTHERS .IF THEY SAY THE APPLINANCE CAN'T BE REPAIRED AND LEAVE FOR SPARES ..DON'T DO IT .THE APLIANCE CAN HAVE A MINOR FOULT AND THEY RESELL IT FOR FULL PROFIT .REGARDS AND TAKE NOTE AS THIS IS A REPEAT PROCEDURE WHERE PLENTY CUSTOMERS ARE FALLING IN THIS CROOK NET.I lost 500 Rand from the microwave and 160 from the TV evaluation fee.Their's technician is a butcer !!!!
