The service we have received is on an acceptable level and can be improved. The furniture we bought is very beautiful and was delivered on time. But we have not received anything in writing to confirm their warranty for the items bought. When I called they said it is one year but that was not written anywhere. Their communication is very bad

I bought a leather couch for R37000 and I was told it's new and to my disappointment it came with damages, when I complained it was taken for repairs and brought back not repaired and now they are not replying to my emails. I regret buying from them

Bought a full leather couch for R35 k and it is made in China from sprayed leather. It had wooden bugs in as well. Such a bad experience
