Worst store ever especially the pharmacy , always making you wait no staff to assist , cashier have no change I had to wait another 10 minutes just for change, dis-chem steeldale is messing up the name of the chain of stores where the services are professional can somebody please take action and put some systems in place especially with customer service

Very well laid out, situated in a good spot and caters for a variety of needs. Employees are friendly.

I bought a wheel chair for R2.300 when we got home to use it the jockey wheels were loose and almost falling off my son tightened them also one of the foot rests was loose I took the chair back and was given a spanner that was supposed be given to me on purchase my son again made sure all was tight a day later the brake assembly came loose lucky I had an Ellen key which is not provided by the supplier what would have happened if this wheel chair was sold to old people that relied on it being perfect I am very wary of buying there again also the foot rests are sharp and cut your feet also slippery don't buy the chair it has a medic sticker on it on further inspection the bolt holding the frame was stripped and loose this chair dangerous don't buy a wheel chair anywhere that has a medic sticker on it they are rubbish
