Snow Wonderland

What a fun experience! They have a snow play area and slides that go very fast! Kids older than 2 play R105 for 45min, spectators R55 (Jan 2023). Bring warm clothes and closed shoes, otherwise you have to hire gum boots.

We had so much of fun! Its a different experience, i recommend wearing gloves especially if you want to play in the ice. The tube slides are alot of fun! Will definitely be back! Its a fun place for adults and kids, staff are friendly too.

Its more ice than snow and not a lot of it. Very compacted and difficult to work with. Smells musty inside. Ice balls are dangerous when people don't follow rules. I got hit painfully in the face. Ice balls are only to be thrown at the number wall. The slides are fun and fast. One only gets 45 minutes of play. Gloves is a must for playing in the snow". The snow ball tools are all broken. It's sort off cold inside."

Fun place with very helpful staff. My only suggestion is for them to have package deals for families with more than 4 people and to include gloves with their entrance fee. However should you forget to bring your gloves and boots, they do sell their own inside.

This place is so much fun for both adults and children. The ice is obviously really cold so I would suggest bringing your own gloves, there are plenty of shoe covers for your sneakers or closed shoes. Do not wear heels, sandals or open shoes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They interact with the kids with a lot of patience and kindness. The space is a bit small but you can have fun with the few activities they do have. The slide is quite exhilarating for adults and kids. I did go at the end of the day so the snow was a little dirty and was littered with pieces of plastic from the shoe covers.All covid safety protocols were adhered to.

Great snowy experience in the heart of Durban.There is a snowy play area for the kids to get a feel for snowballs and snowman building. Fingers will get frozen very quickly.There are a couple of slides for some added high speed adrenaline junkies.My only gripe is that the venue was not ready for customers at opening time.We were there at 11:00 on a weekday but the staff were still busy doing maintenance and getting everything ready. The kids could only use a quarter of the snow play area.

First time here took the kids...however not much to do here except for icey slop slides and making snowballs....other than that the staff was friendly and professional...price point I feel it's slightly over priced...the coffee was great and the baby mochachinos was good too kids enjoyed the smores aswell

We really enjoyed our visit to the Snow Wonderland. The kids loved it! We would definitely do it again, such a lovely experience especially for us who aren’t always exposed to snow.
