The service I was offered was first world. A speedy response to my emergency, they went way beyond the call of duty to preserve the fabric from the damage I incurred to my laundry. They remained in contact updating me on progress. Very warm, concerned and engaging communication. I will go nowhere else. Outstanding overall service. What a discovery. And extremely well priced. Their delivery was speedy as well

No ATM Facilities. Cash only. Ruined a shirt in mine, in literal tatters, and they won’t answer the phone.

Excellent service

I first received an email upon registering offering me a promo code that did not work. Customer service notified me it had been discontinued more than a year prior so they could not give me a discount. Okay then.I placed my first order and waited for collection. No communication during the allocated collection time. The hour-window passes and I email customer service and then call. The lady (at the Rivonia branch) tells me I will get a WhatsApp message when the driver is en route and then tells me the driver is having car problems. I ask what the course of action is and why I wasn’t notified. She reiterated he is having car problems and the call drops.I then received a WhatsApp message saying my order would be collected anytime in the day, without any time frame. It then got moved to the next day. The next day comes and I am left to wait and inquire with no real feedback. Eventually a driver arrives 45 minutes after my allotted time frame. He leaves without collecting my laundry bags and I am made to wait 10 minutes for him to come back.I pay my full fee and am reassured my laundry will be returned upon the promised time. Surprise surprise, it is still late upon return and I have to continuously check in via WhatsApp on the ETA of my laundry.I am located less than 2km from the Rivonia branch and they still failed to collect and return my items within the allotted times they provide.So what is supposed to be a convenient service has proven to be a time-wasting hassle that lasted THREE DAYS. What a disappointment.

I used Mr Jeff for the first time this week and I am would like to compliment the team on the wonderful customer service and good value for money offered. Keep up the good work! Will definitely be back!
