Nando's Milnerton Drive Thru
Drive through experience was terrible. Took about 30 minutes to get my food. I knew the moment a smiling face appeared at the window to tell me that my food would be ready in 4 minutes that something was wrong. 15 minutes into the order another person told me the food had been put on the grill. Another 15 minutes later finally received the food. Just be open and honest and don't give me fake timelines - that only adds to the disappointment of the food taking too long.

We have ordered for delivery about 6 times and every single time something is missing from our order. So someone at home doesn’t get their food.Do they not read the order?Do they not count how many items when they pack the bag?We can except maybe once or even twice but every time?We won’t be ordering again.Don’t waste your time. They’ve had many chances to get it right.

An extremely incompetent Nando's branch. Have had so many incorrect orders. At the time of writing, I have had 2 orders IN A ROW delivered without my side. How hard is it to send a 1/4 chicken plus a side, as ordered?

Full chicken livers portion is disgusting. The store didn't even have a spoon in site and when thy brought me 1 look what I got. I had to clean it with a wet wipe.

Food was prepared just as i requested to be. I requested Chicken breast to be crispy on the outside and soft and juices on the inside.. Took their tasty Spinach to have a healthy choice.Services fantastic, manager keep staff to be on point, to get the food served quickly . I had my food within 7 minutes.Atmosphere is stunning, nice seating with tables. Restaurant is colorful and very relaxing.Toilets nearby, fresh and clean.

Every time I go there there is an issue. No cutlery/ only two chicken livers dished up/ no one comes to the drive through window/ really long wait. Manager didnt seem too interested
