I sent through a last minute trophy request at 2pm yesterday which needed to be engraved and delivered to Newlands by today - when I arrived at this morning the trophy was just delivered! I am very impressed with your service and turnaround time! Thank you!

Terrible service - had to wait almost 20 minutes before the guy casually strolled over to assist me, all the while on his phone. The place clearly doesn't get walk-in customers very frequently, but this certainly doesn't say much for their customer service.

Should have no stars if possible due to their shocking service sending me three broken crystal base birthday keys in a row! And this after the owner was told about the first one being broken but failed to solve the matter with his courier. When I told the owner to please sort it out he told me to glue it myself and refused to help and send a replacement (breach of CPA). I will never do business with them again!!The owner Mohammed has poblicly lied on his Google response to me as he has never sent one replacement trophy nor did he remit a refund. AVOID this company at all costs, extremely dishonest and unethical!! They are being reported (see below)16 Oct 2020 Tommy at the factory has provided professional, ethical service for replacing the scratched trophy while the owner, Mohammed refused to. I recommend dealing only with Tommy - his service gets 10/10.13 Oct 2020 I received a scratched trophy from this business and the owner Mohammed has refused to acknowledge any liability. The item was also not insured for damages, a basic mistake that any credible on-line business would avoid. The courier company (My Courier) they used has also failed to come up with any explanation at the time of writing. So both parties deny fault while I am meant to shut up, pay & be happy. Despicable service AGAIN after being given a chance to rectify past mistakes. Mohammed is now being charged under the Consumer Protection Act in breach of a multitude of provisions.

Perfect place to fulfill your needs and they have some other extra services will definitely be back again ,hidden gem and it's a nice scenic drive to the location
