You're not allowed to tap." This is literally what the cashier told me as I was about to pay. I asked why; because of fraud. So I had to pay by inserting my card and pin & then signing. I haven't done that in 3 years.Management's problem seems to have become the customer's problem. Btw: if you walk in with a carrier bag after shopping at Spar across the way

Terrible service! The manager on duty is rude to her staff, shouts at them infront of the guests and also not very friendly. They do not offer to help you and when you request help they get irritated and say they not able to assist. We were also told you are only allowed to book a room for 7 days. The beds are not comfortable, completely worn out, the bedding has dirty stains on, the lounge area has bugs biting you while you sitting on the chairs, the toilets are filthy. It is cheap but you can get better for the price. Disgusted by the service""

This place is really runned down, it is as if management does not care about the running of the place any more. What a shame cause when the dad was still alive this place was really booming.

The vibe and staff are very helpful. Kudos to customer service. Very well groomed. However, kindly fix your furniture as I witnessed someone who fell.

Nice thing about this place is they have good veriaty, however the service on two occassion consecutively has been poor. Will not ever return. Came with my bike once & the staff wanted my bike to be out on the street instead of safe & secure in their shop where I can keep an eye on it, came once with my daughter, after going to the park & they too wanted me to leave my daughter outside.

A horrible unpleasant bad tall thin manager not there to assist. No manner in dealing with customers.. Deffinately don't recommend this liquor store at all rather go to kestrel for cheaper prices and better service only thing good about it is when it closes

Is there any way to give this store a minus 2 stars? Pathetic bunch of ULTRA losers are on this management team. They didn't know how to fix a problem concerning their own bottle returns system, so the two women excuses of management decide to blame me. So I am the reason for their lack of problem fixing abilities. Please, get people to be authoritive figures who fit the core competencies of basic management.

My vehicle broke down on a trip - luckily, Infront of this hotel...tadaaThe rooms were average and clean...and the staff were friendly and helpful.
