I am not a huge fan of the automative ordering system especially if that is the only way to order. I don't mind ordering online or on a bot but I do mind standing in a line because of they don't take orders at the counter... So Parow have 2 bots, and 4 interfaces to take orders but, it's just not enough for a restaurant operating in its capacity. And also the waiting time for your food is extremely long. Preventing bottlenecks is suppose to be a kpi come on

I ordered from you today through Uber Eats. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal (which already comes with cheese and onion) and then I PAID to add extra cheese and onion to the burger and I was delivered a completely bare burger? Just a patty and bread? How on earth? And this is not the first time and Uber Eats does nothing about it - I can even get a refund for items I PAID for that I didn't get and this was your mistake. This same order was delivered past the latest eta" and when it arrived the chips were rock hard stale as was the apple pie. And nothing can be done about it through support - I have tried everything."

I normally check on the store open times before coming to buy, I got to this MC D at 7:30am, it shows that they are open. I get in and immediately get turn away saying that they not open yet. I asked what time will they open - they couldn't answer, I repeat the question and few seconds a lady at the back comes and say they not sure but maybe they will open at 8am.So I am sitting here waiting for them to open at 8am, they are inside just having a chat.If indeed this Mc Donalds opens at 8am, I would strong suggest that it indicates the correct opening times.This is a poor serviced Mc Donalds with employees that dont actually care about their jobs, but will be first to say they need jobs once jobless.Its now 07:45 they now mysterious opened while everyone is sitting outside and they didnt even bother letting us know.I will be filling in the survey and it wont be a pleasant one.

Service is bad , workers standing around ,no customers,I needed assistants ,they pointed me out to the machine to order instead .Spoke to the manager and got completely ignored ,she gave attitude for no reason.After ordering my main meal paying with card,the machine did not give my slip .After that, I tried using my points to surprise my kids with 3 oreo mc flurry's ,and used 8000 points, only to be told I can't get it ,but the points was deducted off my app.I am very disappointed,as I tried speakings to the manger ,where she then told me I can't get my points back .

I've only been to the drive-in but the service was swift and the food was amazing. Their McFeast Deluxe (Coke Zero, no ice) never dissapoints.I would definitely recommend this fast food restaurant!

Top service Mc Donalds, that means even if your order is made incorrect or any little problem. The staff sorts it out quick quick no complaints.Food always made fresh, nothing tastes like left overs from before or even being double fried. Always coming here to grab breakfast before I start work.5stars!!!

As a drive through I like this place. One night in Jan 2023 at 11:00. There was a car parked on the corner as one turns in. I drove past the car and hit something. The security just stood there watching not saying a thing. I got out and notice I hit a large concrete stone. I asked him way it's there. He did not answer. I come to learn the place was placed. I asked him way is there no sign of reflect tape or why is he so far from the stone . He just refused to answer. I recorded and took photos. He could have told the other car to move as it was an obstruction.When you turn you can't see these things because of the car

Went to McDonald's on Saturday morning for breakfast. When I got home, my order was not complete. Phone the manager (Lenette) and was so very helpful. Went back this morning and manager on duty (Cindy) was just as professional. Well done Mcdonald Parow.
