I would never recommend this agency to anyone. I was overseas and commissioned them as my managing agent.. tenants stopped paying and they left dropped me like hot potato. Tenant chopped down established trees and also stopped paying rent and all they did wasSaid since it’s a legal issue they will absolve all responsibility. So I was running two households as a single parents for almost 3 years. They also hood winked me in renewing contract .. knowing full well tenant wasn’t paying. Worst agency ever
