To whom it may concern. I am not happy with my hair, I went in with a 15cm pig tail. I showed pics if what I wanted, as well as pics of what i don't want my hair to look like. Well, you just kept cutting and cutting, feathering and feathering. Oh my goodness. When you were still busy, I pointed out that you've cut it too short and it's wrong and not in a Chinese Bob at all. You replied, I'm still busy, don't worry. When in was done, it looked rediculous. It couldn't look further from a Chinese Bob. I told u it was not what I asked for. Your boss walks past, says oh nice haircut Sam. U need glasses. It looked stupid. Point is, it was not a nice cut and not what i asked for. Come on, Flippen hell, I have cried and cried as it took me 7 months to get my hair this long. Now, I resemble a fat stooge. Seriously!!!!! My family asked who butchered ne? First time ever. R300 later. You should not be cutting hair, definately not a Chinese Bob. Oh my word!!! I sk wish I had waited yo cut my hair with Leandri on the 18th of Jan. I really should get my money back. In fact you should give back my money. I am not happy!!!! And I have to walk around with an Alice band as that's the only way it doesn't look completely rediculous
