Shop is wonderful and clean with pretty displays. However it is a nightmare for those in a wheelchair or the elderly as many of the stabds stick out beyond the clothing causing serious tripping and maneuverability hazards. Staff quite friendly and helpful just cautious that it is look over functionality

Love the idea that they have a women's and men's section and always a kids section. So you have a variety to look at. And to top it all off, you can go do some grocery shopping, whoop whoop.

Don't waste your time with this place, it's dirty, untidy with staff that very unprofessional. I always regarded woollies as my go to place, but this store is disgusting. Worse woollies in cape town, in fact I would say this store causes brand damage.If you want a proper Woolworthhs experience, go to the flag ship sore in Somerset west waterstone.

Great store; it's just too big. It is easy to lose your partner while shopping for different things. Have 2 floor making a quick scan impossible; you can spend 15 min just searching for them.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Woolworths located in the Canal Walk shopping center in Cape Town, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the clean, well-organized layout of the store. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate, and the shelves were stocked with an impressive selection of high-quality products.One of the things that really stood out to me was the wide range of fresh produce on offer. The fruits and vegetables were all incredibly fresh and looked absolutely delicious. I was also impressed by the variety of locally sourced products, which is something I always appreciate when shopping at a store.The staff at this Woolworths were also top-notch. Every single employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. They were all clearly committed to providing excellent customer service, which really made my shopping experience that much better.Overall, I would highly recommend the Woolworths in the Canal Walk shopping center to anyone in the Cape Town area. The very best store I like visiting. Always pop in to look at the men's department. Fresh produce dept one always getting to best qualities on display ,a bit pricey but you do get a good choice.

Would like to commend the staff of Woolworths Canal Walk Country Road and Witchery. Today I visited the store to collect a bag at CR and while there inquired about leather loafers at Witchery. The gentleman at Witchery counter was very helpful and about to locate a pair at a different branch. Staff at both the Country Road and Witchey counters were friendly, professional and helpful.

Love the store. Our fave for quality, well priced WW labelled clothing. You can shop for home items including appliances. We recently bought our Philips air fryer at a great price. The WW groceries/ food items are awesome quality and includes long life items, fresh groceries and bakery items. There is a fishmonger on site and a halaal butcher. We always buying lovely free range meat products at the meat counter. There are always good deals on offer. The WW restaurant is now fully halaal and can be enjoyed by all with a good meal and great cuppa coffee in hand. Highly recommended.

This is one of the biggest of the Woolworths chain shops- covers an expansive (and expensive area) over 2 floors in the mall.Different areas dedicated to different categories or brands of goods, well organised. Also had a wide array of products to choose from.The staffers were courteous and helped with directions to different sections. They also usually gave good descriptions of the goods. The tills were not crowded or too queue-y either.A good shopping experience.
