It was about a month ago I printed things with my USB stick I did not know I forgot it there then I had some ink to refill then just out of curiosity I asked the man who worked there describing my USB stick then he showed it to me and there it was. Thank you for your kind honesty and my number one Stationary shop.

Suppose to open at 14:30 on a Friday , almost 14:45..very bad because people have deadlines or forms to be printed and emailed.This is not the way to run a business. It means you not serious about delivering a much needed service in the community.

POOR, POOR, POOR experiences more than once. They have no sense of urgency or customer service. ALWAYS delayed with assisting individuals and when they say they back in 30min it turns out to be 1hr 30min.

Called Monday to confirm that they do scanning and emails of documents. Asked time that they close as it was very urgent to get documents sent off by deadline. Was told by gentleman who answered call they close at 7pm, got there at 5pm and they were closed.
