Keep your item for two weeks. You need to follow up all the time. Then eventually they decided they cant fix it.Not impressed at all. I dont reccommend.

Took in a TV for repairs, and for more than a month there was not instance of communication from them on the progress, I had to call them. And, suddenly, after a month TV was fixed, but not quotation was given. Took the TV home which now switches on, but there are now lines on the TV. Took the TV back immediately, on once again no communication.The woman manning the front desk was rude throughout the process. If you need a TV fixed, go elsewhere.

Bad service and no help!!!! Treat the customer like a child doesn't even have the most common components and that's the problem i would not recommend them what so ever
