The level of service has definatly improved over the last few months, great group of ladies who really go over and above to assist.The customers that call in should definatly learn some etiquette though, twice I've been and I've witnessed how they go off and speak to these ladies, shame on you!!

Offers same day collection, happily takes your money buy easily drops you with the excuse - sorry our driver left already. Dont offer a service you cant provide.

It’s quite a couple of times packages are not delivered at my address. Waited the whole day, they sent a message early morning package is out for delivery and it never came. I phoned twice. End of the day the package is at the depo on the counter. I must now go fetch it tomorrow. Not once but a couple of times this happened. I’m not impressed.

They forgot my package and didn't load it on the plane so I had to wait another day and It was an emergency so they said OK we will deliver it on the Monday so I had to drive to malmesbury on a Friday to pick up the package cause they dont know how to deliver
