Warm and very friendly welcoming! Always someone ready to help you out. Food is fantastic! Daniel is a legend behind the bar, Robert is a champ during safari's, Megs was the star of the dinner service and Michele made us feel at home!

Checked in late, 3 hours after dinner time & still they reserved & warmed up our meals after they've phoned as courtesy to take our dinner orders. Following morning, they yet again waited and reserved a table for us together with my twin babies for our full breakfast with the warmest welcome and service. The lodge is tranquil and intimate, nice hide out, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, everything about the lodge was perfect.

The place will restore your spirit, if you are looking for peace and quiet then look no further. The food is amazing, the people are amazing. The only problem is that there is no network coverage - guess this gives you more time to connect with your loved ones.

We had a fantastic weekend break. Room was spotless clean and the location was superb. The staff very friendly and attentive. Food was good. We waited a little long for our lunch burger we thought " but when it came jt was obviously fresh

The staff was so welcoming, even the manger himself. It was a home away from home. The place was so clean, smelt fresh our entire stay.Everything was so excellent, definitely recommend this place to everyone.Well done to everyone, and keep up the good work. The stuff is extremely friendly, the food was amazing. Love that I could feed the animals as they rome around. The game drive was fun. Thank you Daniel for the amazing bar experience. Karine, Michelle and Robert gave us the best experience over the long weekend ,even went an extra mile to ensure that my friend was comfortable working the night shift. Definitely coming back.

Amazing place with wildlife on your door step.Staff is amazing and very helpful. Daniel the barman was a real pleasure to deal with and the food was out of this world. Would highly recommend.

Terrible!!! The manager shouldn't be in the hospitality industry with her attitude towards clients.Our room was flooded from day 1 and the toilet was not working. We called immediately to report the issues and were told that it was checked a few days ago before we came in and all was fine, thus implying we caused the damage. I mean we had just got there so how was that accusation sensible.She did not even come out to address us and apologize nor make an attempt to move us to another unit!!!! As if undermining us, she never took our complaints seriously instead just kept lying. I often wondered if she treated all her clients the same or was it a race issue. I don't knowAbsolutely up hauling! Would never recommend it
