Waited an hour for breakfast. Place wasnt even busy. Seemingly, they forgot to put in our order. Ordered a muffin for takeaway (waitress confirmed that they were baked the day prior). In the car, I checked the muffin, and it was at least a couple of days old. This is the 2nd time this has happened.Dont think I'll be back anytime soon...

Absolutely one of my favourite dine in places during my visit in Mosselbay.Food was awesome, baked goods delicious, service good. Friendly staff - a little slow, but that can be forgiven. Thumbs up.

This franchise, for me personally, is over-rated and totally over priced. The food has no wow factor, especially for what is being charged.The attraction was WiFi connectivity and bottomless coffee, which was average at best.If you are looking for a good meal and want to spoil yourself, I would look elsewhere within Mossel Bay.

It's twice now I've been dissapointed. Food was not up to standard. The meat was tough and the portions were small. The bread slices were cut too thick. The Tai Laté was cold. No effort, no pride!Not impressed. Used to be one of the best! Will not support them again.

Lovely food. The staff were a bit rushed as it was close on closing time. Fantastic all the same...oh, I didn't like the coffee that was more in the saucer than in the cup.

I love Mug and Bean, but this Mug and Bean is the worst one I've ever been to. We were on holiday and needed to do some work. We decided to go there for breakfast and catch up on some work. I didn't even use the WiFi. So we ordered coffee and asked for the menu's. We opened our laptops and immediately the waiter was off and rude to us. She brought our coffee and then never returned to ask what we wanted to order for breakfast. After about 30 min I asked for the manager and she told me that they don't like people coming in to work on their laptops. I was shocked. We were probably going to spend most of the day there and even have lunch. She said it doesn't matter they don't like people working there so we had to leave. I thought this was unacceptable. If you planning to catch up on some work while ordering and spending money in the shop I highly recommend you not going there. Very bad experience!!!!!

Mugg & Bean has always been a favourite, but the other day I went to grab two coffees, but no one was willing to help. After 20 min and twice asking for help, we left greatly unsatisfied.Then returned yesterday and had to ask twice for a waiter to help. Service is very bad and the prices for drinks are very expensive. Food prices have also gone up quite a bit. The sweet potato fries were undercooked, but the sandwich were good. Just wish the service is better and the food is worth the price.

I absolutely love this Mugg & Bean. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is really friendly.They will definitely see me again.
