I have been going to Tessa’s hair salon for 3 years. I have always received the most amazing service from Tessa and Riley. I am always greeted with the biggest and warmest smile. They always go the extra mile and provide the best service wether it be for colour / cut / treatment. I always leave a happy chappy. Thank you Tessas hair salon!!!

Nicely situated, central salon. First time new client, not really made to feel special in the sense, attentiveness to me and no proper explanation about hair treatment as I had never done that treatment before I have only ever done the Brazilian Blow our. Main stylist was not present at the salon when I arrived at my appointment and there was no surety about when she would return to the salon. I wanted to go over things with the main stylist but of course because she wasn’t available I just stuck to the simple hair tint and oplolyx treatment. My hair was done well and looked good when I left however I didn’t feel like a lot of effort was put in to make sure I was happy. I didn’t leave there feeling that I was paid attention to and no extra mile was gone in my case. Sadly this is my first experience at a salon in SA since returning from overseas. I just think there needs to be more of a presence there of the main stylist and a real sense of the word great customer assistance.

The best.Even offered me coffee while sitting waiting for my wife.One doesn't get that type of treatment these days.

Stylish...friendly warm atmosphere...You know what they say never ever loose your hairdresser or dentist! Hahahaha!Tessa is fabulous!
