Oh my goodness. I had my hair cut in a Bob and it looked so awful I had paid R280 for it and had to pay an extra R170 somewhere else to fix the mess. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Sweet people but Unfortunately the ‘nail tech’ has clearly not had training.Firstly she Doesn’t clean the very few tools she does have, which is really quite disgusting. Using tools I can see have been used on other clients without even a wipe.She has a selection of maybe 5 polish colours.I had to remind her of steps she was missing as well as trying to correct myself.But 4 hours later, I was just so anxious to get out of there, i left with my nails being a mess!From filing my skin causing it to bleed & burn, to the application of the acrygel & polish being absolutely shocking.She was also sick, sniffing & wiping her nose with her hands while touching my hands.

I stopped going to The Puzzle when their beautician dropped black brow tint on my (blonde) hair. Needless to say, I never went there again.

Me and my mother went to this hair salon quite a few times now and both times i did my hair it was beautifully done. The people there are nice and welcoming.. I reccomend Bonnie allot! Both times she did my hair she took so much care of me and made sure i liked how it looked..5 stars for me!
