My husband sent my vehicle's turbo in for repairs, a few days short of 3 weeks ago and the service replies are astonishing rude. My son in law showed the guy that there was a crack and he assured him that it was nothing, it could be fixed and sandblasted (whatever this means) Well, after paying R3600 as a deposit, I want to see what nothing looks like when I'm sending for my turbo to be collected on Monday. We were advised that the turbo's housing can not be fixed. Why not invoice us and let it be? Not everything in life is as easy as we think.Trying to claim that we never told them it was cracked is just adding to injury. This does not sound good for business. And they almost never reply or answer our calls anymore. I would not recommend this place at all. I must say I was very sceptic when I saw a 5/5 star rating but yet again. You get what you pay for when you support local".*I gratefully appreciate your feedback
