Mr Price Home Cresta

This is the store to go to for all basic furniture and household goods. It has a great variety of entry level household appliances, bedding, furniture, kitchenware and crockery. It also has wall decor such as posters as well as interior decor items. This is a wonderful store although sadly there is no indication if the items in the store is sourced locally in South Africa. The suspision is that the vast majority of the products are imported. It would be really nice if some effort could be given to local manufacturing and local sourcing. That said Mr. Price seems to have improved in sourcing from more sustainable sources, although they still have a long way to go.

Decently stocked. This store also has a nice little priced to go section. Staff service should be better though.

Online order kept getting cancelled , then all of them change to ready for collection. We arrive at the store to arrange a refund get told they can’t help us we need to call the online store… don’t offer to call or resolve the matter had to do it myself and get told by the call centre that they must assist with the refund. Wish I could give a zero star rating I would. Customer service is pathetic avoid Mr Price Home Cresta.

Staff not very friendlyStaff member ripped the sale indicators from the shelving when enquired about sale.Stock all over the section and my mom almost fell over the stock lying all over the floor.

Nice shop. But they should seriously have more check out points as spent over an hour in a que. So certainly won't be back. 6 tills open. Pathetic. Also bought a pair of shoes. The advertised price although cheap was R99. The price it was run up at was R119. So watch out.

So assistant manager Peggy says products are marked down yet prices is different from prices on tags and advertising. Terrible assistance and misleading information and prices. And some people just standing around not even doing the job no wonder prices are in correct. Do yourself a favour and go shop elsewhere.

This store basically robbed me. I tap to pay, the machine does not process the payment, but my money gets deducted from my account. They tell me to wait 24 hours for the reversal. But it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten my money back. This is unethical, it's fraudulent and basically thieving. I'll be wanting my money BACK !!

Cresta, the worst shop ever. Went in on Friday 26 May 2023. I was searching through comforters for the right size whilst 2 (two) staff members were watching me and chatting. Not one offered to assist. The store is overbearingly hot. The music is loud and on top of that noise you have staff making a noise. When I asked the cashier why the music was so loud, his comment was are you complaining"? Your store is over staffed as most of them idling around and receiving a salary. It is not the first time I complain about this store. Get your house in order

Well stocked and very spacious. Staff was also very pleasant and made every effort to assist. Good range and nicely priced.If I'm being hypercritical, I would recommend them having a few large trolleys available for their patrons.
