I love how strict the security officer is on the entrance door,the security tips(advice) to the winning customers. The stuff is really helpful & understanding (friendly). So big up to the team.

Some of the staff there are ride, no understanding of customer care, needs to improve on customer care and how they talk to customers, one has to struggle to cash up on their winnings as though you're applying for a loan.
