These guys customer services on spot they really helped me find the product that I really needed and I did make a few jokes along the way while chatting with them but they are a lovely shop their products are amazing and they have really great stuff I really want you guys to shop there

Poor service ever. Not once but twice i received bad service from them. Ordered online only to be told when I check order progess cancelled after a few days of paying. Was informed no stock availble amd asked for refund. Even that was mission to get after their own inconvenience of their system allowing me to pay for items they dont have. No one comes back to me unless I initiate the call or message to them.

Unreliable & untrustworthy! Took them 1 month to get a simple pack of stickers printed and delivered from the online shop. When I received the items they were misprinted, emailed them regarding the issue and no response. I had to phone a month later to arrange a refund. Sent my bank details and a follow up email but nothing. Think I would have had better service & delivery if I ordered from a chinese factory

People not helpfull at all. Will not even print a copy of a plan that will take 5 minutes to print. They are too busy with other work. Showing business away. I hope the owner takes note

I see now why this company has bad reviews. Phoned through 5 minutes ago as business to businees client. Unhelpful, unclear line. When I asked to please repeat because of the unclear line. The person cut the call.With regards to the reply. I understand load shedding ha affected us all. No reason to just hang up. Got your email from your website. Thank you.

Terrible service, been waiting for feedback on 2 paid orders from 9 January 2023.Have sent emails, messages on their website, whatsapps(Replied: proof of printing will be sent) still waiting. Phoned today to speak to a manager, reception was told to tell me that they won't be taking any calls their phones are off for the day.Is this the treatment a paying customer deserves?That's what you get for supporting local.
