Juliet did a facial for me. The experience was pure decadence. The reception was friendly. The spa has an awesome location and views over the harbor and mountains. Juliet was excellent with great advice and expert facial experience. If you are looking for a spa experience in gorsons bay then I can recommend Krystal Komfort

Have not used them yet ..but just getting the vouchers from them took me almost a week after paying for it.Bought it on the 24th for Christmas and it was only emailed to me in the new year after calling them 3 times

Really nice and clean hotel.Food was delicious and the ambiente and view in the restaurant beautiful.Also form my room I had a view to the seaside.
