I just bought All in one feast today at around 7pm at kfc Cosmo junction and guess what, my causlaw salad wasn't on the counter. The lady who saved me went at the back and brought me my salad but before she gave it to me she told the teller that they no longer have causlaw. I just got home and tell you what, my salad is just plain cabbage cut in very enormous pieces, no dressing at all. Honestly I am frustrated and considering that I am a regular

Such a dissapointment!!i ordered my zinger wings 30mins and asked for flats only but when i got home it was a different story ,3 drumets and 1 flat is what i got .its actually not the 1st time they alwys get my orders wrng bcz they will be talking to you as a customer and also talking on the side laughng with their colleagues ,i had to repeat my order 3 times bcz she was too busy with her friend/colleague. This is so uncalled for.

Since the renovations I love going there the chicken & wings yummy. My favorite followed by burgers. I will definitely be going there again soon.

Meat very dry, i couldn't swallow it,tastes ugly not fresh at all,you swear its been sitting for hours...not sure what grade chickens you use it tastes like an old braai pack what a waste of my money

The service was good and the environment and everything. Maybe because we got there at night but it was quiet and peaceful. Ordered the Easter family treat but the chicken had an odd taste, everything else was fine

Worst experience. I ordered for delivery.but my order didn't come. After 2 phone calls to the call centre were put on hold till they cut , & after 1 hr of waiting , I just had to drive to the store myself.They don't wear masks in that Store , sometimes they do. So I had to wait , while they tried to figure out what's a delivery duo... 15mins later , I finally got my order. Very clueless managers and team members

I knock off @8pm and everytime l come by the restaurant to place an order, They always tell me they only left with chicken and chips only, Some staff members from Shoprite told me that they stop preparing orders just for them to clean up and knock off but the restaurant closes @10pm. SO WHATS THE POINT OF CLOSING LATE???
