0 star they don't help at all they are rude specially for the babies they do not check babies only write in the book that new born is doing fine without asking , not even giving advice for new mom how to take care of new born andTheir choose to speak their language that they can see i don't understand , i'm so disappointed really

Thank you to all the admin staff, nurses, doctors and the Manager at the Sandown Clinic. My gratitude goes out to Mr. Masipa - a true leader, Sarah - a wise soul & Boitshoko - an absolute legend, for everything that you've done. Of all the clinics I've been serviced by in South Africa, Sandown Clinic has proven to be the best. I am humbled - THANK YOU.

If there was a zero star, I'd rate it 0 ! The service is so poor and the staff is very rude. They don't know how to talk to people and they assist with disgust . Do fckn better!!!

The only reason why it’s not just 1 star is the HIV testing staff who were friendly and kind. Otherwise the reception staff is the worst ever. They’re so rude omg. The waiting area is packed. The waiting period is LONG! I got horrible service. Maybe because the manager was not around but wow.

I'm Pregnant,got there before 7.and it's my first time there.. The securities were nice. At the reception they don't speak to you properly seing you don't know where to go.they fill in my form and saw my address... After a long wait at a queue to go see the NURSE and my blood taken and all procedures performed , the nurse tells me she's only attending people with appointments and I shouldn't come to their clinic.. Only after I shared tears and my husband came through, they then became polite and explained why they can't help me.. But eventually helped.... BAD SERVICE!

Worst experience ever, useless , useless , useless they don't want to work at all. Lazy people please can ward council go there , don't answer phones either

This clinic is so pathetic, i went there for family planning, sat for an hour and was told that i have to do an HIV test and if i don't want to, i have to give proof of my status. I believe that, a person cannot be forced but, advised to get tested. We pay so much tax, not to be provided public service help. Just for family planning, you wait long, that's pathetic and cannot advise anyone of this unprofessional clinic , which also has bad attitude receptionists too.

Just that there is no option for zero star; we live less than a km from that clinic but whenever we go the to seek help, we are always turned back. Today my husband went there and told to go to the tent outside because he had headache which off course is not the main reason he went there. So instead of checking him they turned him away without any help. I feel putty for this clinic because it's for the second time and I'm worried about our taxes that we do not even have power over. What is the point of having a public clinic when you can't even offer the service to the public..?Now I have to go ask for money and take him to the hospital that I can not afford just because of the bad service. If it was a private clinic, I'm sure they would not have shame to ask you how much you have in your account. I'm embarrassed by my fellow African brother that denies another fellow African man public service. Management must intervene. I'm not happy at all. I'm going to come back and ask for the manager in person... What a shame! You could see that the person is seriously I'll but you'll have the guts of turning them away!

Considering how public clinics go, I had a fair experience. 7:15 arrival, 7:25 assistance, 9:00 exit, for baby immunization. Rude receptionist and no cohesive communication amongst the rest of the reception workers so you may be asked to explain the same thing over and sent to places you don't know. Better off asking other patients at the clinic where to find which rooms and services. Lots of confusion in the general reception area. Wonderful security persons. Pleasant nurse.

I have been sitting at the since 7:25 its 09:27 and I'm still not assisted, had to report to work at 08:00...When being asked when they will attend to us family planning we're told the nurse is still busy she will tell us to come....I have never waited this long at this clinic for family planning, its frustrating.
