NUMSA FINANCIAL SERVICES
Numsa financial services was very bad. My aunt just got deceased and I was paid short. Instead of getting R13600 i got R7550. I was burrying my aunt on the 27 August 2022. Imagine the embarrassement. When i complained, they said this year i did not make my premiums up. They are so rude and unprofessional. I do not want anything to do with Numsa. They dissapointed me. I cancelled my policy. I just want my remainder back.
