I live right around the corner and pop in to work here often, I'm always impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the team, particularly the manager Jay.It's clear that Jay takes great pride in looking after each and every person who walks through the door, and the level of care they provide is incredible.From keeping tables clean to going above and beyond to ensure each customer has a great experience, the team here truly goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.I can't recommend this Bootleggers enough and want to thank Jay and the team for all their hard work in creating a fantastic atmosphere and experience for their customers.

Sadly, as much as i've always like going to Bootleggers ad I've enjoyed their food, this particular branch has been somewhat disappointing. There have been 2 occasions where theyve forgotten to put my order through to the kitchen, leaving me waiting for 30mins plus, theyve given my order to the wrong person and the tagliatelle pasta i had from them was not very good at all. Sad but hopefully they can improve on this.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. The food was great, but their best asset is their staff. Sinead and Lloyd took such good care of us, were super friendly and quick to bring whatever we asked for. The white Hot Chocolate was especially delicious. Definitely worth multiple returns. My friend's Peri Peri livers were a little oily, but my Kentucky chicken burger was crispy and perfect. It's a nice place.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Cape Town. The manager knows my name and is super friendly. Lincoln and his staff always go the extra mile to make sure that I'm happy and have a good experience. Also love their tomato soup and chicken livers.

I've been here for a few days while staying at the Double Tree hotel and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and warm. The flapjacks and omelet that I had were amazing. Looking forward to trying more!

This cafe was beyond fantastic. Visiting Cape Town for work we found this cafe by accident close to our hotel, it became a breakfast staple. The team were beyond friendly and coffee/food even more so. I would highly recommend to everyone.
