The dealership is efficient and the staff members are friendly. I'd appreciate seeing the broken or failed parts from my vehicle, as other dealerships have done so to corroborate fixes or improvements made on my vehicle. It makes a difference when one can discuss your vehicle directly with those who worked on it. Overall, I would return to the dealership for more services or repairs in the future.

Could you please consider hiring qualified salesmen on your showrooms? I went to Hatfield Kia with the full intention of buying a Seltos, but the salesman was utterly clueless about your models and your brand and just plain unwilling to help. Please refer me to a Kia dealer that actually cares about customers and knows what they are selling.
