Tried calling to book a sameday collection with ITT East London and hardly anyone answers their phone in collections. Finally someone answered 14:45 only to be told that sameday collection's are closed 14:30. I have emailed to book collections as well however no one ever answers that. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

For personal usage: Majority of my online orders from abroad have been delivered by them, very efficient.For professional use: I can't speak for the whole company but in my little capacity I can say that I've been using/working with them since i started working here in 2018 and I would highly recommend their services for coastal deliveries. I'm not sure yet about inland but I see on their site that they've expanded which is good.

They have kept my parcel for 4 days, I've been calling them and they do not pick up. I've sent emails they don't respond and I am suppose to be somewhere. Yhooo am so dissapointed

No words to say thank you to Gavin Coetze at Queenstown Depot for the lengths he and his team went to to assist me on an urgent matter to get a parcel where it needed to be. Thank you Unathi for your feedback too.Thank you to Mark Langeveld in East London for getting on board and assisting in a way I have never seen before.If you need a courier company - do not look anywhere else.These guys are rock stars.
