Not recommended.I was recruited by Summit Africa for a role, and ended up interviewing some of candidates that Summit sourced for the company.Shortly after I started working for the company, Summit contacted me to offer me roles at other companies. Other staff that the company hired through Summit ended up leaving within a few weeks or months of working. It seems Summit has a strategy of placing candidates only to recruit them again shortly after.I interviewed some of the candidates that Summit sent to the company. The candidates were not qualified, had unrealistic salary expectations, and sometimes appeared intoxicated in interviews (one candidate openly admitted to using hard drugs). Summit does not screen candidates, but expects the company doing the hiring to screen them, which massively increases the labour and effort in recruiting.

Very funny how most of these recruiters are woman who are in the ring for themselves before they enter this they all come from same backgrounds and have zero skills in this very strange
