Burgher Right Primary School

One of the best primary schools ever. I remember my old school teacher Mrs Landrey. I’m 26 years old now and I still remember when she created a bible club for us. I still think about the times when she made me prefect in grade 7. She was truly a God sent who shaped who I am today.

I went to this school from 1937 to 1944. Happiest time. I flew up from Cape Town to attend the 90th Anniversary and again to be there for the 100th Anniversary celebrations. Met some friends there who were in my class. And one teacher, Mr. Kitchenbrand, who was nearly 100 years old himself :-)

Very unprofessional reception, what type of school that has an admin hand over there responsibility to a security guard? All questions are answered by an old security guard who has the whole schools information and about the teachers and staff

Umm I'm Lesedi Machaba used to be a student in the school since 2nd grade nd tbh this school built me even though it was strict there nd here the teachers know how to teach its a guarantee that if you take your children there they will pass nd if not they need some serous help but they not all perfect some of the teachers there get personal nd have no chill, E.g Mrs loeto I don't know if I spelt it right but yeah I once did one wrong thing in her class nd she did not co operate with me 100% professionally but the cherry on top for this school is Mrs Madise that teacher is just amazing she can see the potential in you,100% profession,good teacher. Mister slabert is also a good teacher,with extreme teaching skillsMrs Madise if you ever read this I haven't forgotten about you,visiting has been hard with this pandemic but you will always be in my heart

The worst school to ever take your kids, don’t do it

My name is Onthatile MakwelaI was in this school it's a good school but the teachers there will accuse of something you didn't do, if they think you're back chatting they will bring in other teachers to gang up on you (teachers in gr5,6 and 7)ohh and the teachers there will literally take out their frustrations on the children (I don't wanna name and shame )best teacher in the school Mrs Mbhulumeti. (I'm just telling the truth, good luck BRS ( BTW I still miss you even though we were treated like we are worthless )Ms madise is literally the best teacher in that school since mrs Mbhulumeti left

I'm still in de school. It's a good school but de teachers don't give you chance to explain yourself even if u were not part of something.Jst because you are sometimes in trouble then they involve you in any other issue

Burger Right is a good school but some of the rules are unecesarry and the some of the teachers think they can do anything they want to the learners. The best teachers in that school is ms.Madise and Mr Slabbert,they are the best.
