Inspecto's plumbing Compliance officer claimed I need to move my water mains as it's not accessible. I don't think he's considered the ease with which one can put an arm through a metal railing - as we have done for 20 years. Total waste of money.

The inspecto company is a bunch of scammers avoid at all costs they quoted me R13000 for a job which cost R2500 by another company. Unprofessional, unethical, poor quality, scum bags!!!!!!I want a refund of my R950 call out fee. You provide me no service

Not happy with the business, we had to pay for a call out fee of R900 to check water and electricity which took half an hour and then was quoted almost R18,000 to fix and get the certificate. I've never had any electrical issue nor water problems and I've been living in the home almost 6 years, now suddenly everything is broken or needs repairing. Even if we say no we still loose that R900.

I wish to compliment you on the fantastic service I received this morning by your staff.They were not only early, completed the job, provided me with useful information and advice. Worst service EVER. Stay away! 2 site visits, multiple phone calls and an incredibly rude technical manager called Tyrone later, and we still don't have an electrical COC. Worst service ever. They made a mess of my DB board with some foam to seal a gap that bothered nobody. Repositioned a perfectly good ceiling extrator fan that fell out of the ceiling after they were here. Do not recommend their services.

We had to have major repairs done to our property due to shoddy work being done on our house from the previous owners. After having 2 other electricians walk out our house not wanting to touch it, Inspecto came through for us in the best way. They were such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish with an extremely challenging task on their hands. All members of Inspecto were amazing and extremely professional! Thank you for making our home safe!

This company is an absolute rip off and very untrustworthy. They billed us for fictitious faults and when serious faults were found they were not attended to and still billed. When our concerns were addressed with the owner Tony Vomberg he justified the inflated charges based on the amount of time they spent at our house on Sandpiper Crescent Flamingo Vlei. Ultimately his staffs poor work ethics gets passed onto the home owner. This company is unethical, unsafe and should be avoided. While working at the house every time I turned a corner I found a staff member sleeping or just sitting at the my outside table sometimes 5 of them sitting at a time. When they arrived at the house they sat outside for 45 minutes before ringing our door bell, then took almost a 2 hour lunch break. My biggest regret is using this company and not taking photos of the workers laying/sitting around my home doing absolutely nothing just milking the clock hours. Which I ultimately had to pay for.

Have had three separate work teams in my apartment and have all been incredibly unprofessional, rude and more concerned with getting the job done quickly rather than having it done correctly. What started as just needing the mixer in my shower changed has led to my tile ripped out, the geyser pipes being changed and so much more. They created more problems than they fixed. They made the water pressure worse, created a leak and was without hot water for days because they forgot to turn it back on before they left. Could not recommend this company less!

Stay away from Inspecto. They first lure you in with reasonable inspection fee which you must first pay over before you get repair list. Then the fun start. You get overcharged for fictitious repairs.. I got reputable certified repairs done for almost 40% less, Money grab. PATHETIC
