My lounge suite is perfect! I bought it for a condo at the coast that I rent out to holiday makers. The condo is almost always booked out. People of all ages and sizes use this suite and you can just imagine how they use it, not being their own. Despite this, it looks like new 3 years later. For the price I paid, I was preparing myself for it not lasting and that I would have to replace it in a year. I am super impressed with the quality and the service I received from Leather Gallery. Should I ever need furniture again - I will head straight for their nearest store. Highly recommended.

Bought a lounge suite, had it for 2 months when the springs and recliners had problems. Not good quality from Leather Gallery. Management don't respond to complaints as there is still problems with the lounge suite. I will never recommend Leather Gallery as one thought you buy quality. I have to mention the Richards Bay branch do try to help, but the problem with help is forsure with the owner of Leather Gallery. We did say it's a manufacturer problem, but unfortunately management do not have the best client service.

Never but from leather Gallery unless you've done a your research before going there. Had the worse experience with them ever. Now I've spent R40 000 on a sofa I don't even like. And the sad part is that I paid cash for it.

Downgraded to 1 star as the aftersales service is terrible. They cannot honour a 2 year warrantee on a 6 month old couch. My advice. Stay away from them.
