HEAVY OVERPRICED, can get the same stuff at other hardware shops for less than half the price. Also, when you pick an item for a price and get to the counter its never the same price. I wonder how many times people just paid and the owners just sit back and reel in the money. If you say something you get cut off. Not very fair business practice

Incredible selection and range of everything, even small glass fuses so difficult to find. Wide range of specialized paints and knowledgeable staff to advise who even stir up your paint tin so it is ready for optimal apolication. Welk worth the drive out to them.

Terrible staff. Absolutely no knowledge of the product they are selling. Very bad attitudes, especially the lady at the cash register. For the above average price you pay here, I would at least expect the service to be average, but it's not. It's a shame because I recently moved here and am doing quite a bit of renovations around the house. After my last few visits to this shop I would honestly, rather drive down the road to Chamberlain's where you know you'll get decent service.

Am never going back there...they are bloody overpriced in everything in that shop...the workers are glueless they know anything... bought dropsheet for R102 and it cost about R89 @builders or chamberlain... they've bad attitude

My wife bought steel hooks from this hardware on Friday 19 Feb, with the specific request that she would be able to return the product should it not fit our need. The shop attendant replied that she can return it without any problems... On Saturday we realized thebthe hooks that we thought cost R41, 50 one actually costs R151 per hook. On Sunday 21 Feb we returned the 4 hooks just to be advised there is a 10% handelig fee. This was not our first negative encounter with this shop and it's pathetic management, but it defenitely was our last. We'll rather support an alternative local business.

Willing to assist where needed. Not impressed with the attendants taking chances on trying to sell me more expensive products (maybe because I am a woman and they assume I do not know what I want). This has happened more than once, and they have never attempted this with my husband or when my husband was accoupling me. Highly frustrating.

Bad experience! Clueless staff, unmarked and overpriced items mixed up in containers, dingy and unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall a waste of time. Sorry, guys. Make a plan. You have paint.
