This company is fraud - beware! I requested for full refund well ahead of 48 hrs and as per their policy, was eligible. But now offering only 50% refund - stating that now I am subject to a completely different terms. Pls beware such companies are only agents and not actual operators - they don't play fair once you pay advance.

Just an agent, communication very poor. I had an issue and addressed it. Then the guy blocked me on WhatsApp. Unacceptable. The Make America great again" cap of the owner says it all... Don't book here."

We booked one day before and they were still able to accommodate transfer and the tour. We were able to see 3big sharks within 20 cm proximity for more than 15 min. There was breakfast and lunch served within the package.

Not a fraud, just been there today, it's an agency that organizes your pickup and drop off along with the tour, the tour company was White Shark and they provided breakfast on arrival and lunch after the tour! Alot of large copper sharks and was down twice in the cage, the operators were very good and offered promotional video they shoot on their own go pro for 350Rand but I used my own camera while in the cage slwhich was permitted.
