I would like to express that Abraham has provided the best service i have received from the Technical division to date. He is an asset to Red Alert and shows this through his diligent work ethic. Great Work Abraham !!!

I am sending this email to report very unpleasant and unprofessional response from your red alert team on 26.06.2022 evening around 7pm. We stay @selborne. My kids were alone at home as we both parents were at work. My elder daughter saw a trespasser in our yard coming to the door on the camera. She got panicked and called me, I told her to press the panic button. No one came and nobody phoned from the red alert to find out wats happening. I rushed from far and came home still no one came to check. I called red alert many times and after few attempts a lady took the call and dealt with the matter in a non serious case and asked so many unnecessary questions to waste time. Apparently one guy named Marko rushed from nahoon to our house and gave a wonderful service, he checked everywhere and reassured us. I called your night supervisor Mr Greg to report this matter but he was busy and told us that he will call us back but he didn’t. Are we paying you every month for this kind of service? We are calling you for help and what service are you providing to your customers? We are very upset and need a proper explanation for this .

Always there when you need them, even if you struggle to open a gate due to massive power failure. Thanks for the excellent service

This afternoon we had an incident of assault at a delapidated house. The team responded within minutes, without us being clients. Red Alert just scored a new customer. Thank you again.
