Very professional loved it

Although it was perfectly fine this experience was lacking.When I was taken to my room, which btw is way too small for massages, the therapist didn't have any shoes on. This puzzled me slightly and also she didn't have a uniform on.She asked me to undress and lie on my back (again, a little confused but funnily enough I had had a massage start in this manner before so I followed her instructions), but when she entered the room she asked me to turn around.The massage was pleasant enough, with consistent pressure from start to finish. My problem is with the times that left me exposed, like during the turns and when she completely exposed my chest not asking whether I wanted a stomach massage. This left me quite embarrassed.I followed the massage with a gelish soak off and a manicure. I was never offered a refreshment, which I've come to expect is standard procedure after a massage.I'm appalled that the tools used on me weren't sterilized, I've been used to equipment being opened for each new guest to ensure cleanliness, and even though it was clear I'm there for a manicure she didn't have a nail trimmer ready, she had to get up and go look for one - again clearly not sterilized for the new treatment.Either the nail polish is old but it's very gummy and left me unimpressed with the finish even though the therapist (if she has the qualifications to be called one) was nice. It's just beyond my understanding that she is using own techniques"
