Poor service at till points no notifications about offline systems. U have to wait long before someone comes to assist you and they never answer their phone in store they also don't call u back or call if u make an arrangment for them to get back to you

I was at your branch yesterday Dec 18th 2021.I wanted to buy a Fila which was tagged with R200 price. I got to the till point and the lady told me it's R345 and I asked how when it's written R199, she said it was a mistake. It's a Redbat tag that was used on Fila. She went and a called a guy by the name of Clint and he said I can't buy the shoe for R199 bcz it's a Redbat price not Fila.How is that my problem that your staff is putting wrong labels on your items??The price is so big that you can see it from far. The last time I checked the customer gets the item by the price advertised. Please stop false advertising its not right.I went to Tekkie town and bought the shoe there and they were very helpful, thanks to your incompetent staff
