On the 14th May 2021 I recieved a very pleasant experience from Thozama at the Bridge store. I'd definitely visit them again because of her excellent service.

I was at the footgear the bridge today..I have received a very nice service from Khanyisa and the Staff... The manager Bianca was also very helpful of getting me a size.. Am surely going back there..

They were closed, and we arrived too late. However, they opened up for us and were really helpful and friendly. 5 stars to Thozama and Pamela. However, 4 stars to the store in general. Their packaging: the dye on the packets seemed not to have dried, and soiled our hands with ink.

I met sis Khanyisa at the store when I was just passing. She's a very nice smiling care giver to a point that I was able to listen to her and got interested to know the specials inside and also more about the shops since I did not know the other stores. I wish other consumers can be treated nicely as I've experienced.
