Lovely instore experience. But dismal online Uber eats order. Please, what I received was beyond disappointingYou guys should really put more effort into things for the price customers are paying after all you guys are serving people and expect them to come backMy cup of ice cream literally had 6 smarties cut in half and this was apparently the 'candy' cup, whereas the other Bar One cups ordered had a fair amount with sauce on itDisappointing to say the least!!

Well the ice cream (vanilla) wasn’t that good at all and the staff weren’t bad but weren't great also especially with helping to make a choice. Definitely sharper staff will bring in more sales.

Good Day, my experience wasn't pleasant because the shop wasn't organized, there wasn't a line and anyone was getting served (for take away). Customers were pushing and fussing due to this. My suggestion is to have 1 line to serve take away customers, Kind Regards, Chantal

A usually fun and enjoyable experience. Today however was not one of those days. Ordered a waffle and when i put the syrup on the waffle a fly came out the bottle. Disgusted and traumatized.

Firstly I'd like you say that my wife orders from you guys twice a week,we don't have any problems at that time but what I experienced yesterday was totally unfair (racist)as my daughter wanted to eat in,so we did an ice cream each which Costed us almost R50,which is not a problem, so we Almost half way through a black employee say to the old Muslim male that he must not allow us to sit at that corner I'm sure he's the manager there but why didn't they tell us early it's only for bookings and not sittings as the black lady said very racistly.....that's why I have you guys a 1 if I could I would give you a zero
