Should really teach the staff phone etiquette! Wanting to spend money at your shop and get horrible service! Would not be supporting Samsung tygervalley!

The worse service !!! The manager is always to busy to deal with a customer and never returns calls. They sold my machine to someone else and now I can’t even get my money back to buy another !!!

I am pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, friendly attitude of the staff of Tygervalley Samsung. DEON MOMBERG is the best customer service consultant I have ever met at retail store. I will definitely continue using Tygervalley Samsung.

Worst sales person experience at this store just now. When we asked the male salesperson what the differences between the A and S range phones are, he said everything and walked away.

I went into the Samsung store today to find out how much the type c adapter's are going for and this person told me R790. I asked where I could get it cheaper and he said there is no place. He mentioned the price starts from R790 up, which is a lie. I was shocked as it doesn't mention that on Samsung's website or on the internet in general.

1st I need to inform Samsung that your tech department should always advise clients repairing phones at the store there is a setting on your phone that you can activate to allow privacy of apps while in for repairs. This will save a hell of a lot of hassle closing all my apps on handover. Secondly there is a male at one of the counters that has a underlying distaste for actually assisting. On handing in my Flip3 for it second screen replacement he did everything to prevent the repair, including looking for a so called ding saying dropping the phone will invalidate the screen warranty. Eventually a friendly female staff member came to my rescue and authorised it for repairs. There was no drop damage. His attitude was disgraceful to be honest. Insisting there was a 0.5mm chip on the outer edge of the phone. We all aware that the Flip3 is a total screen failure and has a fatal flaw just do what's right and recall the phone. It's just delamination 3 months into the new screen replacement again. So I'm stumped Samsung continue to sell a model that should not be sold at all. Let's see how they handle this repair. This time I hope my phone will be replaced with a entirely different phone. Its hugely disruptive to my business productivity. Samsang should immediately pull the flip from sales.

Absolutely horrible with complete inability to answer basic questions - mistakes were made on invoices that caused endless trouble. All initial friendliness disappeared quickly after sales were finalized. I am sorry for this review but bad apples need to be sorted out to move towards quality service again. They will never see me again…score zero!!!

Manager was very accomadating and helpful,took my repair in on a Saturday 10min before closing. Service was excellent, fast and efficient. Communication between the team and me as the customer was great. Had my screen replaced in 4 days time and got it back better than ever. Would recommend this service center to anyone.

Terrible first experience. Purchased a TV from AudioVision and went to collect the unit from the Samsung store. No one was interested in helping me. When mentioned that I was collecting a unit the salesman turned around and walked away.I further waited for another gentleman to help me. Where we opened up the unit to test, TV switched on fine but there was no film on the screen which was rather strange. I mentioned this to them and asked if I'm buying a demo and they were determined that it wasn't the case. When I set up the screen at home it didn't go through the setup wizard and wasn't responding. The unit was clearly faulty.The issue was resolved with Audiovision the next day and a replacement was delivered. This unit did have a film on the screen.Why sell a customer a used screen that doesn't work? Absolutely appalled by the service of the Samsung store. Never will purchase anything from them again.
