I bought a new laptop from the Waterfront store last month and am really happy with the experience. I received excellent help and advice from Gustav who talked me through a number of options. He was knowledgeable and gave me enough info and time to make my decision. Am really liking the machine. Ryan was also very friendly and helpful with advice. V. positive experience all round. Came into the store looking for a basic laptop backpack. The salesman that assisted me showed me a few options explaining the advantages of the one I eventually decided on getting. He was polite and informative through out the interaction. 10/10 will go back and recommend to friends and family.

Poor after sales service. Handed in a laptop for repair under warranty. 4 months later I still have no computer, no one can tell me where it is or when I will be getting it back. Repeated phone calls, emails and visits have not helped. Terribly frustrating and unacceptable for a store of this size and reputation. I wouldn't buy anything here again.

Great product offering. First store I visited after disembarking the cruise liner and they really made me happy to have visited the Country. Stock was a little low but that is understandable for this time of year. Store looked great and staff very helpful! Well done!!!

Bought AirPods 3 online. The site said delivery from 2 to 5 days. I live on Sea Point. Shouldn't be a problem, right? But they delivered to me in 12 days! Incredible couldn't help. the headphones were already with the courier. But they work with this company and should have contacted this company and fixed the problem! When I received the headphones they did not work! I did not want to contact this Incredible company anymore and contacted the Apple service. I do not recommend this store to anyone
