This is a special place, and they will see me again. We camped st one of the luxury campsites with private ablution, covered braai and stoep with basin and lots of working space. Well designed, and spacious. Wind was howling when we lit the braai, and we had a lot of smoke pouring onto the stoep. Not sure if this is a general issue or just the wind messing around.

Beautiful cottages..comfortable and warm with heaters ,electric blankets and indoor braai/ fireplace. However if there is no electricity supply from Eskom and it is a cold winters day..it could be uncomfortable with only candles supplied..

We were two couples who went for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with the heartfelt welcome we received. The house was comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful with just the sound of all the birds. The weather was hot, but the aircon was very welcome. We drove to the beautiful swemgat, a hidden gem in the mountains. I will definitely go there again soon

Stunning venue nestled in between the Ceres mountain range. Nice place not too far (2.5hrs) drive from the city of Cape Town. Wifi and DSTV. Had a relaxing weekend away with friends.

What a surprise finding such a friendly venue but more than that finding a camping sight with private bathroom and a braai room to add to that. The venue also provide for so much to do and you really feel welcome.
