I have trained in so many local Gyms over the past 15 years and this is by far the best Fitness Centre around.They are:- Well equipped!- Well maintained.- Clean and ready on arrival.-Classes and coaches are punctual.-Coaching staff are well organized.-The coaching itself is done by seasoned professionals and of very high standard.- There is a great atmosphere.- NO ego's.- Their rates are very affordable.

An amazing gym that makes you feel like family even on your first class with them. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to join a fighting gym whether it is just for fitness, or to learn a new skill (but you don't want to get physical) or if you are interested in eventually competing.
