Car Service City - Rustenburg

Really bad service. Rustenburg branch sucks.......................

Technical staff are on the ball, had to get a second opinion on some additional 'faults' that were exaggerated, I'm sure it was a better safe than sorry situation tho, communication is a problem and seems rather chaotic.Don't respond to emails, don't contact you after submitting contact form. Didn't quote after several requests.Imho quantity over quality as many service centers tend to be.

Very good and thorough car service. They fixed a problem on my car that 3 other mechanics in town could not even find! I am very happy with the service and do recommend that everyone tries the service and decide for yourselfs.

Misdiagnosed car, over charged me and did not fix the problem and then had the audacity to suggest strip and qoute" meaning I had to pay R2.6k just for them to "have another look" at what's wrong with the car. Worse service I've ever had. Would never recommend it to anyone ever!"

Worst service ever! my vehicle was delivered by low bed due to my extended warranty's requirements (broken stabilizer link mount) this was brought under their attention upon delivering the vehicle (fault was already identified) they then proceeded to remove the broken part (no part in at all at the time) and drive 10km with the vehicle to test drive and find the fault after I clearly informed them to not do so and where the fault is.Upon inspection of my vehicle with them all caps and covers were present except for the right front door key hole cover, when arriving back to my vehicle the following day the towing eye cap was missing and they said that the vehicle arrived like that (which was not the case).Vehicle was misdiagnosed due to them not inputting the correct vehicle details when doing the diagnostics of which I had to pay the inspection fee, and I have been quoted for parts that did not need any replacement.The manager of the workshop is very rude and unhelpful to the clients, and comes across that he does not know what happens ins his workshop, if he is in the workshop he is behind the desk on his phone and is busy with private calls, this even happens whilst a client is standing in front of him.I will NEVER refer anyone not even my worst enemy to Car Service City Rustenburg

I had a great experience, good advice and friendly service. The lady at reception was very helpful and the centre save me money for finding the real fault on my vehicle.I would go back for my vehicle service as their prices are much better than the OEM.
