Their stock is very limited .The guy, I think he might be the manager, who eventually helped me treated me like I was a toddler who had no idea what I wanted (when in fact I had a video and the name of the product ) the staff were all very low on energy and not really willing to assist or hear me out. Luckily and older black guy (also part of the staff) saw me walking about looking lost and offered to assist. He looked at the video I had and was able to point out alternatives to what I wanted. Upon further inspection when I pointed out the my online research said that they had the product I wanted in store, he pointed out that I was actually on a Builders warehouse site and not build it. Regardless I'm thankful that he helped me because through him I found other viable alternatives of the product that I wanted

Great store. Excellent prices. Staff are quite knowledgeable, and available when you need them. They are very different from some other building suppliers, where staff often don't know their products, and the costs are way higher. At Build It they've always given me fair prices, They've often helped me out with queries, and generally have what I'm looking for.

As entered there was a friendly employee who could help me find what I was looking for which is ideal for any hardware. Also very well stocked and organized inside. Outer section could do with some cleaning up however.

The drivers are irresponsible drivers. Ran over a stop street, I had to slam brakes and my kids was also in the car. Tried to phone and report the bad driving, phone was put down by person who answered it. Not very good Build It

I placed an online order and in less than 2 hours, I received notification that my order was ready for collection. When I arrived at the store, I did not have to wait and was out within minutes. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you everyone who assisted.
