I have had the pleasure of working at Crop for 6 years since opening at that venue. I have to say the team are an absolute joy to work with and Stacy is one incredible human being. New client, had a booking with Drew. He did an amazing cut, looked at hair line, face shape and took the time to cut my hair with flare, art and perfection.Feeling Fabulous.

Carry did an outstanding job on my wife's hair. Highlights and a tidying up of some hair on the neck!!

Most disappointed with Drew's hair suggestion for me. Left with a head so full of product that I couldn't even get a comb through!! Not worth the price. ...definitely wouldn't recommend. Maybe OK for someone just looking for cut and dry.

So unhelpful. I called to make a booking and was told I'd get a call back - which didnt happen. I called again and was told the hair stylist I usually go to doesnt work there any longer and the next hair stylist I asked for an appointment with, doesn't take on new clients.

My son has curly hair and some salons don't deal with it well. But Kelly has done a great job

After really looking around for a quality salon, Crop far exceeded my expectations, even with my very specific requests! Stylist Kelly is phenomenal & did a work of art with my cut & balayage. Although my hair was taking a while, she never rushed despite other clients arriving for her. You can also order an awesome coffee while you wait!

It was a wonderful experience with professional staff and world-class hair stylists. Highly recommended!

My experience at this salon was traumatizing. ( I will not make reference to the female hairstylists name ) I walked into the salon wanting dark brown permanent low lights. ( I had a discussion with the receptionist painting a clear image of what I wanted when I phoned to book, letting her know I also had a set budget to work with ) Upon arrival my stylist evaluated my hair and proceeded with putting highlights in my hair after I showed her an idea of what intended low lights should look like and how they should blend into my natural colour. ( I have long hair and generally refrain from highlights as they are damaging ) She then proceeded to put a dark brown demi colour in my hair. ( This colour technique is known to wash out after 24 washes ) When it was time to wash my hair her assistant was extremely rough with the wash and she put boiling hot water on my head. I bit my lip and said nothing, until it was time to brush out my hair. I swear I have lost about half of the hair on my head due to the fact that she was ripping everything out with her brush. I told her to stop and proceeded to comb out my own hair, until the stylist walked by and saw what was happening. The stylist did not reprimand the assistant but thanked her for her help instead, and then proceeded to tell her to wash her other clients hair. ( Geez Louise! ) All said and done I must admit that the colour came out beautifully, but knowing that it was only temporary made me very cross considering I had a bill at the end that racked up to just under R3000. I have decided i will not return.
